New Condo, Great Views, Excellent Location!

The beach house is absolutely amazing. It’s actually really big and the ocean can be heard from every room. You get a big garage and another parking spot which really comes in handy. The best thing about this beach house is the patio. It is very spacious and looks right at the ocean. The living room also has several large windows with views of ocean. The place has everything you need cooking. The surrounding areas have restaurants, bars, wineries, goat farm, tons of walking paths and a golf course that is within walking distance. There are places to listen to live music a farmers market every week. Honestly my favorite place to vacation and my dog loved it so much too. I can’t say enough nice things about this beach house. will be returning to this place for my next big vacation.

Lovely Property! Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We were walking distance to everything and enjoyed the sound of the ocean while we slept. We would love the opportunity to stay again!

We came to the Central Coast for wine tasting. This is the perfect house/condo for that! You have an amazing location, view, as well as comfortable beds, and accommodations. Would highly recommend and stay again!

This was our first time visiting Avila Beach. The property was great! The view from the front balcony was beautiful and we made sure to sit outside and just take in the view, the sound of the waves and the fresh air. The location was only a block away from the beach and having access to the garage for parking made it less stressful. The unit was upstairs and had plenty of room for our entire family. We were close enough to have our daughter who attends CP SLO come and stay with us for the short weekend. Will definitely book agin in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The beach view was magnificent and the decor was quite lovely. The beds were also awesome. We appreciated being able to park in the garage and having an extra spot to park outside. This is definitely a 5 star location.
