The Mini Manor is separate from the main house and provides additional space for larger groups to spread out or offers extra privacy for 4 of your guests that may need a little more quiet time. The Mini has a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom. All parties of 11+ get access to both the main house and Mini Manor. Any party of 10 or less will only get access to our main house. If your party of 10 or less would like access to the Mini Manor there is an additional fee for cleaning and utilities.
