Stayed Oct 17, 2025House was great. Minor issues with mini manor shower drain; however Katie was very responsive. Only suggestion would be to check household items such as iron/steamer. Overall great stay! I would definitely book this house again! Thank you!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Celebrated my husbands 60th birthday plus several other birthdays and a 31st anniversary. The house was fantastic. Open concept living area was so nice with 9 adults. My 80 and 81 year old in-laws were with us and the mini manor was perfect for them so they didn’t have to climb the stairs to the bedrooms in the main house, plus we played some pretty rowdy dice and card games later into the night and the in-laws slept through our noise in the mini manor. The Pig Iron in Templeton is worth a try, we had a great time eating there and the food was awesome! Thank you Katie for sharing your beautiful house.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023This is by far the best place we have ever rented, and we've rented a lot of homes over the years. The home is beautiful, comfortable, lots of amenities, perfect location, and so much more. We had 10 people in our party and also rented the mini manor and had plenty of space for everyone. The beds are all incredibly comfortable. Katie is so great to work with, she is responsive and helpful. Do not hesitate to rent this home, you will LOVE it!

Stayed May 15, 2023Our small organization booked this house to host staff members attending our bi-yearly staff retreat. The house was impeccable and had everything we could ever need and more. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and charming. The host was extraordinarily thoughtful and communicative. Our group didn't get to spend much time making use of the home, but the times we did were very cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 2, 2022My girlfriends and I loved staying at this property! Very quiet and private location but you’re close to all the fun in Paso and Tin City! The house is perfect for a girls trip but I would love to come back with my family too. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook one night and Katie had great recommendations for local restaurants when we wanted to go out! Thank you!

Stayed Oct 7, 2022Katie’s home was well stocked with everything (plates, cookware, bakeware, utensils, spices, bar ware, etc). Her home was in pristine condition! Home decor was well thought out. She provided us drinks, multiple choices of fresh coffee beans, and popsicles for the kids! We had a party of 10 with a couple kids and they had plenty of beds! We are ready to book another stay here! Thank you Katie!
