The little cottage we stayed at was very clean and well equipped with all cooking needs and appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the location was only 4 minutes from my son's and close to downtown. The only criticism I have was that the lighting in the main room (kitchen, dining, living) was not bright enough for us older people. I would like to give a special thanks to our host, Ann for permitting a special favor we asked. We never met her so this is the only way I can say Thank You.

All was as advertised. We had a pleasant experience. But, we had to kill a lot of spiders and clean up some webs from corners.

We had a great time here! Very quiet and very relaxing. We’d love to stay here again at this hidden gem. My partner and I loved all the amenities and convenience with downtown nearby, grocery stores, gas stations, and so much more! It was clean, comfortable and just absolutely fantastic. We have used VRBO a few times a year for over 20 years. We stayed for 2 weeks in Ann and Steve’s guesthouse. We were at home the minute we walked in! The home is cute and everything is new and top of the line. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Nice room darkening curtains and an entrance to the bathroom where you will find bath sheets. So nice and welcoming! The kitchen has everything you could need with a stove I would love to have. The washer dryer combination was interesting and works like a charm. We had plenty of room to park just outside our front door. Quiet and safe. Off to the side there are chairs and table on a cute patio. We saw a deer on our last day. You are close to town and all the stores. We particularly loved Moe’s Pizza with locations in Atascadero and Paso Robles. We walked the beaches of Morro Bay, Avila and Pismo. They are all unique with fun shopping areas and restaurants. We love the Central Coast and will always stay at Steve and Ann’s. Thanks guys!
