Next to the dining room table, a large window looks up at the 10,000-foot-tall Catalina mountains. In the living room, a corner fireplace is fitted with an electric insert, and you can enjoy flames with or without heat. This space also has a wall-mounted, 50 smart TV. The internet download speed is 100 Mpbs.brThe main bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. There is a dresser, set of nightstands, and a huge wall-length closet with mirrored doors. On the dresser is a smart TV. Decorated with moody tones and room-darkening drapes, this soothing space has access to the back patio. Perfect for your furbaby. There is a nice view of the mountains from here. brbrIn the back yard courtyard/grilling area that is shared with the guesthouse in the back, as well as, the laundry room.
