Our wildcat house has one bedroom with a queen bed, dresser and closet for storage, Large Living Room area, Dining Area, and full Kitchen, and Shared Laundry Area. The place is a 1940's home that has been updated and offers clean furnishings and quaint atmosphere.
The Bedroom has a memory foam queen mattress. The living area has a leather sofa for one extra guest. There are extra blankets in the closet. There is a new smart TV in the Living Room and The Bedroom.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025Great place to stay! Not high class or luxurious, but all the basics are there, and it's a quiet neighborhood, and the price is right. I'd feel safe enough to buy a house and live there. Hosts are awesome. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Feb 4, 2025Great location! Quiet neighborhood! All the amenities that I needed! I travel to Tucson four or five times a year for work and usually stay at a hotel but I happened to come during the Tucson Gem Show and the hotels were astronomical! Searched VRBO and found this place for a third of what my normal hotel would have been this week. It was everything I needed and had all my normal supplies that my hotel room would have had…plus a few more. It was clean, comfortable, easy to access, and very quiet. I’m pleased with my choice!

Stayed Mar 9, 2024Overall, I enjoyed the stay. The painters were a bit loud but we are early birds so it didn’t really affect our sleep. The appliances in the kitchen were very helpful. We ended up baking cookies! But it was clean and comfy place.
