Two hours to fabulous Las Vegas. Approximately forty-five minutes to historic Kingman, Arizona. The Grand Canyon Caverns are the largest dry caverns in the United States,brbrbrbrWe provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is well-equipped with a queen size memory foam mattress, coffee, tea, shampoo and body wash. brbrbrbrSurrounded with mountain views and breathtaking scenery, our tiny home is built with large glass windows in the bedroom to intake all the beauty from the comfort of your bed. brbrThe large porch has dining seating, a fireplace with seating and a barbecue with bulb string lights overhead to enjoy the warm nights outside under the stars. brbrbrbrThe modern kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and supplies. brbrThe gorgeous full bathroom features a rainfall shower and LED mirror.brbrbrbrIs there AC We have a mini Split. Since the tiny home is running on a solar system, AC can be use depend on the weather and at the Sun during the day. If was a cloudy day the AC will not be available for use. brbrbrbrDURING THE WINTER we do not have Heater, on those chilly Arizona nights, please note that it does get very cold in the winter, so bring an extra pair of PJs, thermals, and long johns for added warmth :)brbrbrbrIs there electricity Our solar power system is fully off grid. There are a couple of places for you to plug in your beloved cell phone to get a full charge! But the system can't handle devices that need a lot of power, like blow dryers, no electric heater's brbrbrbrWe have a Wi-Fi satellite that you can use. The Wi-Fi speed is not stronger than normal Wi-Fi at home.brbrbrbrWe do not offer ay refunds if the battery dies due to the bad weather and not sun or if the AC or higher voltage items were used at the tiny home. Note that your off grid and this is an experience where you need to be careful using the energy.brbrbrbrGuest Access:brbrWe are about 2.5 miles from Pierce road andbrbrYou have access to 100 acres to explore, hike, and relax, Bring your own ATV and boat.brbrbrbrThe Neighborhood:brbr-Sky Walk Grand Canyon 15 minutes driving.brbr-Lake Mead South Cove 15 Minutes driving.brbr-Family Dollar store 6 miles away.brbr-Las Vegas 2 hrs. away.brbr-Kingman Historical Town 45 minutes away.brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrNOTE: This is a complete off grid desert experience, We do not offer refunds if the battery that powers the tiny home fails, You have to be careful with the energy your using. No hairdryers, toasters, and high wattage appliances, no electric heaters. It is good to charge your phone and use the coffee maker and fridge. brbrbrbrThe tiny home is running on a solar panel system, please be careful using the energy. The Battery can only handle about 3 hrs. of AC during the spring and summer. Use, if you use more than 3 hrs. the mini split the will drain the battery and there will be not power at the tiny home until the next day when the sun comes out. REMEMBER this is a off grid experience and you have to be careful using the energy. We do not offer refunds if the battery died.brbrbrbrDuring the Winter Time the Mini Split is not available brbrbrbrIf your not at the tiny home during the day please leave the Mini Split OFF.brbrbrbrThe tiny home is located on 160 acres lot and there is no neighborhoods around. brbrbrbrThe roads that lead to the Tiny Home are dirt roads and can get muddy in rain or snow. AWD vehicles are recommended, but any truck or SUV should be able to handle it. Cars can handle it slowly , but there’s a chance of getting stuck if it rains or snows and tow trucks are expensive. We do not offer any towing service.brbrbrbrOur Tiny Home is set up to be off-the-grid and runs on solar power. On gloomy days, our solar batteries may not be able to charge fully. In these instances, the fridge may be inoperable. We apologize in advance, but know you can still use the fridge as a cooler. We recommend buying foods that don't spoil easily, like eggs and fruit.brbrbrbrLastly, it can get very cold in the winter. Freezing cold! Please pack accordingly. Before you stay, be sure to look up the weather in Valle, Arizona. Please pack extra warm clothing (thermals and long johns) to keep warm. Refunds will NOT be issued because it’s cold out. We have no control over the weather and want to be upfront about this from the beginning.brbrbrbrWe've provided several cozy blankets. We've personally stayed in tiny home a snowy night and did just fine! But if you're really sensitive to the cold weather, this may not be the place for you during the winter.brbrbrbrIt's very important for us to be upfront about all of this, as we do not want to be dinged in our reviews for things out of our control. So please be mindful that this is and was always meant to be an outdoor experience.brbrbrbrIf a mouse, bug, or the very rare snake sighting is going to ruin your day, this may not be the place for you.brbrbrbrBad weather is not an extenuating circumstance for cancellation.
