Disregard the fake reviews. This property is in a depressed area on a washed out dirt road. Out of kindness I say no more.

Fantastic property with close proximity to the grand canyon west rim. Amazing scenery amidst the Joshua tree forest. Clear night skies for star gazing and very peaceful. Hosts were great and had a wealth of information.

The cabin was very secluded and we enjoyed the surrounding scenery. It gave us a taste of living in the desert. We could see the mountains. It was so nice to be able to bbq and relax after a long day at the Grand Canyon. Communication was constant with the owners and we loved our stay.

The hosts are very thoughtful. They were easy to communicate with. The cabin is adorable with a lot of personal touches. The hosts are also very informative and have a guide for you to use. We were able to bring along our dogs. The area around the property is quite lovely as well. My only regret is not having a bit more time. The west side of the Grand canyon was beautiful and colorful. The site was informative and the whole were friendly

The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. A bit of a hiccup with check-in, but the host made every effort to get us access to the property. They were very quick and highly responsive even on Thanksgiving day!Love the location of the property and the surrounding nature. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. We found everything we needed in the cute little cabin. The fenced courtyard was perfect for our two fur babies and allowed them to nap in the sun on the porch. Our two pooches may have loved it as much as we did.!

We stayed overnight as a side trip from Vegas. We were able to see the Hoover Damn and Grand Canyon. We didn’t realize how close we would be to the Joshua Tree Forest so that was an added bonus. The property was super clean and Michelle was so nice. She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We would recommend.

Well off the beaten path and surrounded by nature, this cabin is perfect if you desire solitude. The hosts have thought of everything you will need to be comfy and even offer special packages - such as all the fixings for a steak dinner, which we took advantage of. They communicated clearly and provided everything that was promised. We really enjoyed our weekend and would gladly return.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Off the beaten path enough to feel remote but without miles of driving to get there. We were treated to both a beautiful sunrise and sunset… just walk across the road and wander as long as you want. If you’re looking for a genuine desert retreat this will fit the bill nicely. The only drawback for me… I found out I’m not a fan of being on camera every time I step foot outside the house. Just feels invasive. We stayed in 6 different houses on our trip and this was the only one with cameras. Not my house, not my rules. I would still recommend staying though. Just be aware you can’t hang out on the patio in privacy. That includes audio.

We rented Trevor and Michelle's cabin to get to the west rim of the Grand Canyon. We had Ziplining at 10 am and we left by 920am to get there. We missed our check in so they stuck us in with the 11am group. After driving from the South Rim and a day of exploring the West Rim it was nice to come back to a beautiful, homey, cabin and watch the sun set on the desert of pink rock and Joshua trees. We had a fire in the pit, (me and three teens) and enjoyed being able to chill. There was plenty of room and board games, and even a telescope. Trevor & Michelle think of everything you might need and make it convenient to be there! We had good sleep with comfortable beds and sheets too. Thank you for sharing your family's cabin with us! Our trip was quick but absolutely wonderful at this cabin! It had all the essentials to feel like home and we were completely enamored with being in the middle of the desert with a Joshua Tree right outside our window. We will definitely be back to stay again, hopefully to make a bonfire and stargaze out where there are no light. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean with several little details and touches that were both appreciated and a reflection of the hospitality of the host. It kind of felt like a B&B without having the host on your face. The location is close to Grand Canyon West. And we appreciated being on the edge of the Joshua Tree Forest. We took in both sunrise and sunset.
