It has a fenced yard and a BBQ. The living room and both bedrooms have TVs with streaming WiFi connections. The home has a thick, acoustically insulated common wall with the adjacent Carriage House.brbrThis pre-war single-level home features two bedrooms - the master roughly 14' x 12' with two nightstands (with reading lamps) and a dresser.
