We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cozy and clean. I would recommend a stay here and we will definetly stay again in the future.

Good location; close to downtown. Like other reviews, parking is tight but overall a good place to stay. Will stay here again.

Great Neighborhood. Walkable to Downtown. Extremely noisey. Ambulances, Honking at traffic light and flashing lights at night.

I wish I could post photos to show just how bad this place was. It was a nightmare. After three long days of driving, we arrived to find the house filthy. There was both dog and human hair everywhere—in the bathroom, on the comforter, bed sheets, pillows, and across the floor. We contacted the host, who gave us a gift card for dinner and sent over a housekeeper. When we returned after dinner, we realized that the housekeeper hadn’t even changed the sheets or pillowcases. All she did was replace the comforter. We were exhausted and decided to inform the owner that we would be finding another place to stay. After three days, we moved out. We had initially booked the place for three weeks, and when I requested a refund, the host became aggressive. We had paid $3,600 for the full stay, but we left on day three, and he showed no concern whatsoever. Additional issues: the coffee machine was broken, the washer was full of dog hair, and when we washed our clothes, they came out dirtier than when they went in. The property is also right across from a hospital on a busy road, making it incredibly noisy—you won’t get any sleep. For your own sanity, avoid this place at all costs!

Great spot for two adults and a pup! Located within a few minutes drive to downtown Flagstaff, great walkable neighborhood, grocery store near by. Given this VRBO is located North of downtown, the bottleneck traffic on Milton getting into downtown is a non-issue, huge plus. Rich, the host, is very responsive and quick to resolve any issue/concern. He deserves his host status!! This is one of three units on the property. The only downside to this unit is it is located on a busy street so it you are a light sleeper the road noise and car lights could be an issue. There is a door separating the living area from the bedroom which helps and we bring a portable sound machine with us which helped. Would also recommend a sleep mask. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will keep this on our list of places to stay!

Rental is as list and was comfortable. It is a nice place close enough to downtown and NAU. We would stay here again. The parking is tight as others have noted and there is a small step between the living area and bedroom/bathroom hallway that could be marked better.

We did a one night stay to hike Humphreys. Close drive to all the restaurants downtown and a quick 20 minutes to the mountain.
