We are located 1 minute from Snowbowl Rd., 12 mins to downtown, 1 hour to the Grand Canyon, 1 hour to Sedona. br This guest house is set on our 2 acres sharing a driveway with the main house. The guest house is not attached to the main house and has its own patio and yard. Outdoor dining and fire pit. We live in the main home with our 3 children who are constantly outside enjoying the property. br If you are lucky you will see wildlife that frequently visits this property; elk, deer and coyotes. We are in a great location for star gazing, walking distance to hiking/biking trails and 1/2 mile from the Snowbowl shuttle which takes you up the mountain. This is a peaceful scenic retreat in a great location. We hope you enjoy our mountain home as much as we do!brbrThe 1000 sq ft guest house is separated 70 feet away from the main house and includes, a full kitchen, living room, loft t.v. area, bedroom, office area, bathroom w/ washer/dryer. 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 full sofa bed. Private patio and lawn, bbq grill, outdoor table, fire pit, patio seating. There is a shared pond between guests and homeowners. The garage attached to the guest house is not accessible by the guests and is used by the homeowners.
