There is a secluded side yard as well as a half acre of front yard with plenty of parking and space to toss a frisbee or play basketball or just sit in the porch swings and take in the peaceful surroundings. There is a Villa in the back part of the house that has a separate driveway, yard and entrance and may be booked separately.brbrbrbrThe Neighborhood:brbrWe are located just outside of town in a quite, semi-rural area. The road is paved until our street, so you will have to drive .1 miles on a maintained dirt road, just to give you a small taste of the classic country life. Each lot is a minimum of 2 acres and the views are breathtaking.brbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrFlagstaff has a growing Uber community, but having a car of your own will help you visit all the sights. There is a favorite park of ours that is within walking distance, about one mile away. All houses are on 2 acre lots so there is plenty of space and all of the neighbors are dear friends. Our easy to find home is about 3 miles from the I-17, conveniently nestled between the I-40 and historic route 66, making trips to Snow Bowl, The Grand Canyon, or Sedona quick and easy.brbrWe decided to name our vacation home “Trailhead”, because some of our best adventures were marked by a trailhead of some kind. As adventure enthusiasts, we hope that you consider beginning your next journey at Trailhead. And what a fantastic place to start! Fresh air. Blue skies. Pine trees. Any journey that starts here is one that starts off on the right foot. brbrTrailhead is a brand new (completed in December of 2017), one story, single family, detached home. The quaint, craftsman style neighborhood is built on a hill and our home stands midway, offering views of ponderosa pines. One of our favorites is the view from the kitchen. Although there are no stairs in the home, there are a few in the garage and at the front door. Trailhead has a spacious great room floorplan with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with enough room to inflate a cot style twin mattress (also provided), the second bedroom has king bed, and the third room has a queen bed.
