Daylight basement has another bath and bedroom. brbrThe Living room features a wood stove & wraps around to the dining area. The table can fit 10 maybe squeeze in 12 people. brbrAnd than to a large kitchen that is packed with all types of cooking gadgets, wine glasses & dishes of all kinds. Some cooking supplies are there. Coffee supplied but bring your favorite K-cups. Food processors, blenders, many types of pots & pans, baking supplies, juicer, toaster, bagel toaster, rice cooker, crock pots (sm. large, triple sm, triple large) eating and cooking utensils and a lot more. Even extra paper plates and cups. brbrThe highlight of upstairs is the sunroom and view.brbr I put in a high top table. You might be able to squeeze in 8 people to play all the card games that are located on rolling cabinet. brbrThere are 2 click it couches that drop back like a recliner all the way to flat. When put together it would be almost a King bed! Bedding in the ottomans for this area. brbrSmoking only outside on the deck or patios please. brbr Deck is small but perfect to enjoy the view or try the telescope for extra fun. Bring your binoculars, there have been Killer Whales here but I have never been home to see them yet. Eagles, seals, sea birds, and jumping fish are always there. brbrLower level is a fun area filled with craft table and crafts for those rainy days. I have a Lazy Boy sleep sofa for additional sleeping area. Plus the extra kitchenette brbrKitchenette, great place for fixing the picnics & barbeque area. Extra kitchen always help and the outdoor larger kettles are here. Large crab pots and smokers in garage. brbrThe lower bath has small shower. brbr Just past the bath in the lower level is an extra bedroom that sleeps one. brbrThe daylight basement opens to a covered porch with charcoal grill (charcoal & grill supplies to use are there) brbrLocated here is also many rubber boots, life preservers, and rain gear for use. I have many sizes but no guarantees they will fit all your needs. brbrSteps to the right lead you back up to the upper level and outdoor patio with propane grill (will try to keep some propane on hand). Next to this is a small picnic table for extra seating. brbrThe back yard has beautiful pond and man made creek. Just a small enough area to enjoy a game of croquet. Many other fun toys will be under deck to use too. brbrYOU PICK GARDENS, I have blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, tomatoes, and other vegies when in season. Radishes, pea pods, strawberries there now! Hydroponic lettuce, and herbs everywhere for use. The home is new inside and out having been rebuilt in 2007, all inside furnishings brand new as of November 2016. The Beach House features an open floor plan with two bedrooms, one bathroom, totaling 950 square feet. House is on well water. Unobstructed views from every room (back bedroom has slight view). The home sits on a 212' ft bulkhead. Low bank water front. The home is perfect for a single family or a romantic couples get away. brbrWalk outside the two, double French doors onto the large deck and enjoy the 'outside living room' furnished with beautiful furniture, rugs, umbrella and a table fireplace. Barbecue from the deck as you enjoy the views or simply cook inside where the water is always in sight.brbrThe Beach House features expansive outdoor spaces, both covered and sunny, with three different levels of yard. One level sits a patio table, chairs and umbrella for alfresco dining. There is a lounging area with two lounge chairs. Children can reach a lower level with the custom made 14 foot slide from the deck.brOur home is popular with seniors as there are no stairs to get to or inside of the home. The only stairs (about 20) which are easy to navigate, are to the lower yards and beach.brbrThe beach is ever changing with the tides. Tide change can fluctuate up to 16 feet, but the current is almost nonexistent on this side of the bay, allowing us the pleasure of a floating dock year round. brbrThe Beach House is located on a private beach. Each home owns their tidelands. We are the last house on the beach, so you’ll likely see more sea life than another human. A short beach walk toward the marina and you’ll be able to find oysters. Enjoy beach combing, bird-watching and wildlife viewing, including bald eagles that reside a few trees down, deer, blue heron, harbor seals, rabbits and raccoons.brIf you're really lucky, you'll spot the pod of 4 Orca whales that pass through occasionally.
