The beautiful upstairs bathroom, complete with a shower, comes stocked with all the essentials for your stay.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows provide a breathtaking view of the golf course, perfect for a relaxing evening watching a movie or simply soaking in the scenery. BATHROOM – Beautiful shower stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. The vanity is equipped with toilet paper and hand soap.

KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and ample counter space. It’s fully stocked with basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, spices, and oil.

FAMILY ROOM (Downstairs) – Relax on the large, comfortable couch downstairs or enjoy a board game at the table.
The following items and behaviors are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the property:

- Pets of any kind.
- All tobacco, smoking, illegal drugs, and controlled substances.
- Excessive alcohol usage, and any alcohol consumption by a minor under 21.
- Intoxication from any substance.
- Fires of any kind, including candles, incense, and outdoor campfires.
- Fireworks of any kind.
- Excessive Noise. This property is equipped with noise sensors. All noise must be
kept to a level respectful of the neighbors. After 9:00pm noise should not be able
to be heard outside the house. Lake Limerick Country Club (HOA) assesses fines for
noise and nuisance violations.
