While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. No one wants to bathe with you so please shower prior to use. Use is at your own risk, please exercise caution when entering, exiting, & using the tub.brbr- Violations of these rules can result in additional fees or immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the property without refund.brbrLicense to Occupy Only; No Landlord-Tenant Relationship.brGuest acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement creates a revocable license to occupy the Property for transient lodging purposes only. Our home offers many opportunities for relaxation and fun. Curl up with a good book on the all-season sun porch. Unwind with a glass of local wine on the back patio or in the hot tub, both overlooking a picturesque neighboring barn. The large, private yard has plenty of space to run and play. There are fruit trees, a tree house, and a family of deer that occasionally visits looking for apples. The Farmhouse is a peaceful retreat to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while being only minutes from golf courses, lavender fields, parks, restaurants, and shopping. Just steps from the main house is a charming little cottage with a game room. Featuring ping-pong, air hockey, darts, and more, this is a favorite hangout for kids and kids-at-heart. Inside you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the gadgets needed to put together a delicious meal. There is a spacious living room with a wood stove and a 55” streaming-TV on the first floor. A 2nd TV, games, and puzzles can be found in the upstairs den. The Farmhouse sleeps ten, making it ideal for families of all sizes, or even two families vacationing together. There are two bedrooms downstairs - a bunk room with two twin beds, and a room with a king bed.
