Family-friendly home w/full kitchen, gas grill & patio - close to downtown

Curb appeal and first impression walking in were excellent. The experience lived up to those impressions. Having an excellent backyard view and deck amenities was a plus. Location was excellent, basically 5 minutes to downtown.

Comfortable house in convenient location.

This is our first time renting a VRBO. House has nice layout with a well-stocked kitchen. Theses are some observations: 10-digit code for entry/exit is very cumbersome; patio and front porch were not clean upon arrival; need to have at least one kitchen cupboard and pantry shelf available for guests; kitchen could use a deep clean and reorganized getting rid of duplicate stuff; need empty drawers in the bathrooms; need a TV in the living room; king pillows king bed; disappointed that guests are not permitted to have more than five adults and one child...ever...even for 3-hours for one dinner; house is cluttered; Christmas tree in the living room and Christmas decorations on the shelf in the living room should be removed; opened the grill and found fish skin left on the upper shelf; the grill was disgustingly dirty. Called Vacasa (El Salvador) to make a note for housekeeping; house needs a thorough, deep-cleaning; garage needs swept/cleaned; wine glasses would be nice; need thermostat directions/control; too many wind chimes, very noisy22 days

Very cozy, well appointed cottage, located close to all the PNW has to offer. Quiet neighborhood with easy access this home is the perfect get-a-way!

Perfect spot to stay while attending Peninsula College Graduation ceremony! Centrally located to all the fun the PNW has to offer. Clean, very well appointed, quiet and easy to communicate with Hosts/Management Company. Will re-book for sure on future visits!

It was very homey, and we enjoyed all the Christmas trees! They made it feel even more homey.

This place was charming inside and out. Loved the field behind,complete with partial water view and cows right by the fence. We had one issue that we felt was important to mention. The front lock is very tricky. It usually took 3-5 tries to open the door. It should be replaced. We would stay again if we could return. This house made our stay wonderful.

Pleasant, safe and peaceful

Great stay and a lovely home. Would like owners to consider having more than 4 dinner plates for guests and perhaps a queen bed in the guest room instead of a double.

This was a great property with plenty of space and great amenities. Loved the full kitchen for meals, generously sized table for dining and patio and BBQ out back. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept and close to the town/freeway. Perfect for a family large or small (only two of us) with lots of areas to gather and spend time. Had a great time!
