Please clean the grill and tools after use, and cover the grill once it has cooled.br• Garage: The garage fits one small sedan and can only be opened/closed from inside the home for safety reasons, as we do not share the access code. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. brbr★ OUTDOOR AREAS ★ - Please enjoy the outdoor amenities. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games). Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts. brbr★ CLEANING ★ - The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they find it, etc.). This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. brbrAlso please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts. brbr★ CLEANING ★ - The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they find it, etc.). This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. brbrAlso please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Reminder that this is a well loved home and not a hotel :). This house is well insulated but located close to the airport. Newly installed Hottub and outdoor remodel. You are directly on the 18th hole of a golf course, enjoying drinks while sitting outside and watching a couple shots is one of my favorite activities at this home!
