The home has a fully-stocked, gourmet kitchen and spacious living room perfect for watching ferries at Fauntleroy terminal. The main bedroom is expansive with a gas fireplace and breathtaking views from two decks. Lincoln View is roughly 4,200 square feet of casual living. Please note there are stairs leading to the main floor as well as the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a California king bed. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third has a full bed. All the personal touches make Lincoln View the perfect home away from home. **The downstairs apartment that is currently being used as a long term rental (single occupant) has also been used as a short term rental and received rave reviews. **Safety: Your safety is our foremost concern. Because this is a view home with decks, this location is not suitable for children. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full.brbr- This home is designed to allow self check in/check out at your leisure. brbr- Guest has access to the entire home minus the garage.brbr- Our neighborhood is a residential street with lovely neighbors and we respectfully require that quiet hours be observed from 9pm to 8am.brbr- Please no shoes inside the house as this keeps our floors looking nicer for longer.brbr- We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the property, including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco derived products and/or cannabis derived substances; breaking this rule will incur a $500/day fine.brbr- If you're bringing a pet, please disclose at the time of booking. No more than 4 pets are allowed at one time.brbr- Pets are not allowed on the furniturebrbr- Pets are never to be left inside the property unattended.brbr- Pets are not use any of the kitchenware (plates, bowls, cups, etc…)brbr- Please clean up after your pet. We will charge $150 for every extra hour of cleaning required and the security deposit will be charged for any damages.brbr- If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged $150. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late checkout in advance.brbr- If house is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $150 for every extra hour of cleaning required.brbr- If the house requires additional cleaning or repairs due to the condition in which it was left, resulting in missed bookings, a fee of $350 per day for each blocked day will be charged to cover the lost revenue.brbr- We employ video surveillance in public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests.brbr- If you plan to stay more than 7 days and require additional cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional cleaning charge, depending on the number of cleanings. We will coordinate to find a convenient time.brbr- If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately.brbr- Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
