5 level, fun, walkable urban artist's Loft. Trained dogs now welcome!

Really fun with space for everyone to relax after a full day of fun. The heated floors in the master bath were a nice surprise !! Only downside was the sun rising soo early in the morning during the summer and the master bedroom windows could use more darkening shades.

Terrific host and fun property with a lot of quirky furniture and functionality. It's close to everything you'd want to check out in Seattle and our host was extremely helpful with a list of places to check out in the area! Looking forward to coming back soon.

We loved it! This location is fun and unique, exactly as described. We loved watching the sunset from the 5th floor deck. Everything was clean and ready for us.

This is a great location. The neighborhood it sits in may not at first look great but I assure the people are nice and friendly. The property itself is really cute and very comfortable. There is only one full shower but it was enough for us. The parking spot was a bit tough to use but we managed. Its a tight fit to get in but one of us would get out of the car and guide the other in. The kitchen is great. I had a small emergency on our last day (flat tire) and the host was so generous with letting us stay longer so we could figure things out. We will be coming back in a year and will be looking for this spot again.

Good location but parking can be tricky the owner was very helpful. The place has a lot of character and ver spacious and even though it’s close to downtown, it is surprisingly quite.

This property is difficult to enter in the dark. The front door isn't an entrance. I should have paid more attention to the bedrooms, 2 are in walk through areas- so no privacy. The pictures posted, in my opinion, make the living spaces bright when in reality it is dark, and being painted now with doors black.

Property listing was described correctly. Clean property and kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Very unique property! As described, there was a lot of stairs! No issues for us. The area is very busy. We had a large vehicle. All three nights we arrived at property past 10:00 pm. Had to park few blocks away each time. During the day, no problem in parking. The wet bathroom took some getting used to! Good communication with Jessie as we thought we left something at the property!

The loft was great!

Awesome setup with great access to public transportation. Bus stop to downtown was at the front door.

Fabulous apartment in an area not too far from downtown Seattle. Useful to have bus stop right outside and easy to get an Uber too. Well equipped with everything you could need and more.

We were pleased with the accommodations. The wet bathroom was interesting. We had a little challenge finding the entrance door. We didn't explore the area due to being tired.

Family of 6 stayed at this downtown loft to explore the city. It had everything we needed and space for everyone to spread out or hang out together. We loved sitting on the balconies after a long day of sightseeing and enjoyed coffee from Broadcast down the street. It was warm in Seattle the weekend we stayed but there are plenty of fans and the loft cooled down overnight so no issue with not having AC. The only thing I would like to call out is in the listing the parking space is listed as compact. Make sure to pay attention as we had a mini van and it was tight getting in and out. Host is very upfront with this info just sharing to help others since street parking was pretty packed. Coming from the Midwest this property was fun and different!

Jessie was extremely easy to get ahold of. Her home is an easy Uber's distance from the port and airport. My family was able to walk to get coffee, breakfast and dinner. Beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone to spread out. The kids enjoyed the air-hockey table, poker table, and foosball table. We walked into downtown Seattle (Ivar's, etc) as it was all downhill.

Great neighborhood and host was AMAZING but please beware if you have trouble with stairs- there are a LOT on this property and cannot be avioded. Perfect spot for younger groups- very nice for older groups, but be ready for a tough go of it if you want any of your luggage in the room you sleep in.

Nice multistory property with easy access to downtown and the market. Reserved parking spot isn't large enough for more than a compact car. But, street parking was not bad. Would use again. Not for people with mobility issues though.

Unusual and fun layout with lively decor. Perfect for an overnight stay with mixed company.

My friends and I really enjoyed the space! The host was very kind and quick to respond when there was a mishap with our check in. She took care of the issue promptly and went the extra step to make sure we had a great stay!

This place was perfect for us as we were in town to see a concert. Excellent layout and a great location. We will definitely be back! And Jessie is very responsive if you need anything!

Great place to be close to downtown

We were in town for only two days, so we made it work. Photos online make it look like there is an extra room and only two floors had privacy. Not great for adult couples. The shower had mildew and the main entry bath was concrete like a garage. I would not stay here again.

This was perfect for going to an event at Lumen filed ! The bus stop is right outside of the property, and made it super convenient for getting around while we were there. The loft has plenty of space and everything equipped inside that you need for the stay. There were even enough fans for every room, which we all really enjoy sleeping with a fan, so that was added bonus. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location. Fun vibe with all amenities we needed. Had a great stay. Be aware parking on site is tight space- best for compact vehicles- but also plenty of street parking. Would stay here again!

Used the property for a business stay, it was a clean and uneventful stay.

Went to a Buffalo Bills Vs. Seahawks game @ Lumen Field and booked this 5 story loft for our party of 3 . It has everything you will ever need-- coffee plus the creamer, soap and shampoo for the shower, water, games- air hockey and foosball. Didnt need to purchase anything other than breakfast food as Seattle has so many choices for dinner you will not want to eat in anyways. Location was perfect as we utilized Uber, Neighborhood was outstanding -- some really nice quaint little breakfast cafes within walking distance made it that much more enjoyable. The Hosts are top notch although we really never had to contact them as everything was as advertised in their listing. 5* Star all the way. Highly Recommended!!

the property was BIG and clean. Spacious for 6 adults with room to add more. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants. Busy street in front but, quite in the back. Minutes away from everything. Beds were comfortable. Host responded quickly to our question. Check in and out was a breeze. We would book again.

We were only in town for one night, but the loft was a great place to stay. There are a few good options for food, etc in the area within walking distance, and bus and street car options are very close. The space itself has several fun elements and feels very open and warm. This would be a great place to visit with a group of close friends for a getaway. The view from the top roof deck is amazing. Communication and access was easy. We would definitely stay again!
