This property can accommodate up to 6 people.brbrAs you enter the home through the white glass door, you will see the polished modern wood staircase and beautiful railing leading you to the second level open living space. The open living space concept of family, dining, and kitchen make entertaining family and friends fun and easy. You will adore the beautiful oversized large windows allowing the natural daylight to enter and tree views. On a Seattle raining day, you could sit by the windows, listen to the rain drops while sipping on some hot cup of coffee / flavor tea having an enjoyable conservation or a peaceful time. The kitchen is equipped for cooking a gourmet meal and dine with your love ones. The second floor has a mini-split air conditioner unit.brbrIn the spacious master room located on the third level, you will find a comfortable king bed with hotel style luxury bed sheets, two separate closets with sliding doors, two side tables, oversized large windows, and a private bathroom. The master bedroom sits away from the other two bedrooms in its own separate floor of the home and has a mini-split air conditioner unit. Also, on this floor is a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer for your use.brbrThe guest rooms are located on the first level along with a bathroom in the hallway. One room has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Each room has a side table, closet with sliding doors, and window with modern shades. You will find each room with extra bedsheets if you desire to change them during your stay.brbrPlease note that this property requires several flights of stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.brbrThe rooftop space with a view of the Alki Beach and tall trees with orange-yellow color leaves during fall seasons creates a beautiful and peaceful ambience.brbrGuests have access to the unit dedicated, off-street parking spot. The bus will also take you to the Alaska Junction Station for light rail to downtown, the sports stadium area, and Sea-Tac airport. Less than 10 minute drive to Alki Beach and Park. No smoking is allowed within the property as well as the balcony. Sleeps up to 9/10 guests AND has an awesome rooftop deck + AC inside!brThe spacebrThe main floor of the home boasts an open floor plan with a beautiful, chefs kitchen with a double oven and large island, a large live-edge dining room table and a spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace and 65 TV all hooked up to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Videos. We have an amazon Alexa on the main floor as well as surround sound for movies or that you can connect to your phone for music over bluetooth. In the living room area there is a huge super comfy deep down couch. It can see about 7-10 people comfortably. There is a front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and a back porch with a BBQ.brbrOn the second floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a very comfortable queen on the bottom. All beds have high quality temperpedic mattresses and nice linens. There is also a pack and play for use in this room. It also has an attached full bathroom with double sinks and a soaking tub that it shares with Bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 has a plush Queen bed with a memory foam mattress and down comforter and attaches to the same full bathroom as bedroom 1. There is also a 50” TV in here. It is essentially a second master. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and desk work space. The top floor has a beautiful master bedroom with its own fireplace and a king sized bed, a double door exit to the deck, a huge double headed shower and beautiful views that open to a rooftop deck where you can watch the sunset, sunrise and see the olympic mountains. The master also has a 120 drop down projector screen all hooked up by remote and ready to play Netflix, HBO, and Hulu. It's like being at the movie theater from the comfort of your bed!brbrI do want to note that this is our primary residence but we live part of the year elsewhere so there are photos on some walls and some of our personal al things here.brGuest accessbrGuests have access to pretty much everything in the home. brbrWe have a first level separate apartment that we also rent and if you have a larger group we strongly recommend you book that as well.
