It's 5 blocks away on the corner of 66th St and 12th Ave NE. It’s located about .4 miles away, or a 9 minute walk. The light rail offers easy access to downtown’s Pike Place Market, boardwalks, Ferris wheel and more. You can also take the light rail directly to the stadium at UW, downtown, or the airport. brbrWhenever I have enough time, I always take the light rail to the airport because it costs $3 vs $35-$65 Uber or Lyft. Keep in mind, it will take you about 10 minutes to the station from the home by foot and another 50 mins to get from the station to the airport. It will help you avoid heavy traffic if that may be an issue too.brbrUber & LyftbrbrThe fastest and most reliable mode of transportation in our opinion. Simply download the App and go. Uber/Lyft Driver’s are always minutes away and cost an average of $5-10 per ride. brbrTuro & Car2GobrbrYou can rent a car with car sharing apps by downloading Turo or the Car2Go app.brbrParkingbrbrStreet parking is available and is usually pretty ample. Please note, this home does not come with a parking spot. We don’t typically allow parking in the driveway as it’s very small (105” wide X 230” long). You can use it if you feel comfortable with how steep and narrow it is but again, the home is listed without having a parking spot.brbrPlease note, there are several stairs you'll have to take to enter the home. There are 18 steps into the house and 14 stairs up to lofted area. brbrThis home does not come with a parking spot. We’d recommend street parking. Other than what’s provided we do not provide refunds outside of the refund window due to weather.brbr**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. You'll be required to pay for a $35 Damage Waiver or you have the option to Pre-authorize up to $500 to be charged in case of accidental damage with a Non-refundable $15 transaction fee, in addition to the reservation cost. Please take this fee in consideration before booking.brPlease no shoes in the house.brbrGuests can check-in anytime after 4 pmbrbrCheck-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. Therefore, I have tried to make it warm, inviting (nice artwork on walls etc), peaceful and comfortable with luxurious beds ( mattresses are coil spring with memory foam toppers) and linens, comfortable furniture, a well equipped kitchen (coffees, teas, spices, oatmeals, snacks, candy jar, plenty of pots, pans, mixing bowls, small appliances and much more) with welcoming snacks, eggs and muffins for a do it yourself breakfast, variety of oatmeals, and a new sparkly bright bathroom and numerous other amenitiies .brbrmore details below:brbrGreat environment for either vacation or a ‘work from home’ space. We provide a computer desk with electrical outlets and usb ports, and it fits in either bedroom, folds and easy to move.brbr2 bedrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room, dining area, private patio with table, chairs, umbrella and lounges. High speed wifi (we pay for 300 mbps, sometimes we get more, sometimes a bit less, it's comcast), in house, laundry room with washer dryer, comfy living room and dining room. 50 smart TV. Lots of electrical outlets and usb ports (each end table and nighjt stand is equipped with outlets and ports).brbrEnd tables and night stands all have electrical outlets and usb ports for your convenience.brbrRoomy and bright bedrooms with night stands (equipped with electrical outlets and usb ports) and lamps on each side of beds, closets, dressers, luggage racks etc.brbrfully equipped kitchen if you like to cook plenty of pans, baking pans, mixing bowls etc. Dishes are vintage pottery and we also have children's dinnerware (bpa free). Various electrical appliances. Free snacks and beverages plus breakfast foods (complimentary one dozen eggs & package of 6 English muffins plus electric egg cooker to make it easy), oatmeal, coffee, coffee mate, tea, hot chocolate.
