My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Seattle here at the Carriage House. It was a perfect location for walking to restaurants and parks. They neighborhood is beautiful just for a morning walk. The place was cozy, clean and felt very welcoming.

Cute little house in a great neighborhood. We loved that we could walk to restaurants and the parks. Super easy to do all the tourist attractions in Seattle from here. The house had everything we needed for our stay.

Andrew's place was very cute and quiet, situated in a nice central location in the city. The space was very clean and easy to get in/out. Would definitely book again!

The location was perfect and the space just right. The design of the space provided a lot of light while still being very private. The heated floors in the bathroom were wonderful! The host provided great communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a great place! Really close to a common bus route that takes you right to the train line, or even into downtown. Very safe area (solo female traveller). Perfect for a quick stay! Was also so nice to have the ac during a heat wave. Host was kind and responded quick when needed. Would for sure stay again!

This guesthouse is thoughtfully laid out and comfortable for one (or two). Andrew provided helpful instructions for finding the entrance and parking and was quick to respond to one minor issue I had. The issue was there were quite a few ants in the kitchen area, so it's best not to leave food out or any water in the sink. The traps Andrew added were effective. The induction hot plate worked great, and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was really comfortable, too.

To the beautifully designed space to the comfortable decor and the ease in which Andrew made us feel on checkin and during our stay this was an ideal place to base our explorations of Seattle. Sleep was easy coming and relaxation was at our fingertips. Highly recommended not just for the space but for the welcoming host.

Our host was extremely helpful and gave us some valuable tips. He was always available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend his place for a wonderful stay in Seattle!

Clean, organized, well stocked, private, and close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Would definitely return for another stay at this cute guest house. Please note, this is not for anyone having difficulty going up and down the stairs.

First time in Seattle and we had the best time. This home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood just down the hill from the busy city. The property manager was very detailed with check in and out process and had great communication the entire time. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to return to Seattle.
