One of a kind place.brSummer Kayak Rentals- we have 3 singles for $50 each. You have access to the entire house. We do have a few cupboards with our personals in there that will are labeled.brA House Manual will be available to you when you get there. It will be located on the counter giving you all the information you need from internet info, to how to work the hot tub. brThere is a cleaning fee of $100,and a security deposit of $200 which is not charged to your account. The $200 is charged if we file an incident report. For example, if something major has been broken during your stay and needs to be replaced. Or, if we need to drain the hot tub due to broken glass or things of that nature. The guest agreement has all house rules listed, for example where to leave all used towels, as well as washing all dishes that has been used. We will be doing ALL cleaning except for the dishes, that's why we ask of you to please do those before leaving the home. If there is a huge pile of dishes, we will have to charge the $200, which is also in your guest agreement.
