Very comfortable open concept , you can set it up for all 24 to share a meal, play games or hold a meeting in one or split the group . However you want to use the space it is easily transformed. brAs you can see from the pictures the house has a lot of stairs to enjoy the best views possible, access to each floor is from the outside stair cases. brbrCheck in time is a little later than most. It is a huge house and takes extra time to prepare for your stay . So if you need to get in earlier than the 5 PM posted , check with the rental office to see if that is possible. brAlthough the owner does supply several BBQ's for guest use , At The Beach Rentals does not guarentee them.
