This large 3 story home has unsurpassed ocean front views. There is an elevator for your convenience. Designed for large group gatherings. This home is duplex style with complete kitchens on both the 2nd and 3rd floors. Very comfortable open concept , you can set it up for all 24 to share a meal, play games or hold a meeting in one or split the group . However you want to use the space it is easily transformed. brAs you can see from the pictures the house has a lot of stairs to enjoy the best views possible, access to each floor is from the outside stair cases. brbrCheck in time is a little later than most. It is a huge house and takes extra time to prepare for your stay . So if you need to get in earlier than the 5 PM posted , check with the rental office to see if that is possible. brAlthough the owner does supply several BBQ's for guest use , At The Beach Rentals does not guarentee them. We suggest to bring your own. brThe hot tub is use at your own risk , if the Hot Tub was drained prior to your arrival it takes 4-6 hours to heat up. If you are sensitive to chlorine we suggest you do not use it , To keep it sanatary for large groups the level is quite high brCell phone service is spotty at the house, we have discovered Verizon Wireless has the strongest signal.

Joe Creek Inn is in Pacific Beach and is a one of a kind home that sits on a half of an acre park like setting. It is on a creek with beach access. You can watch the tides change from the wrap around deck and have nice family gatherings in the huge yard with a fire pit.The kitchen and living room are open concept perfect for group gatherings. The first level is handicap accessible with wide hallways and the bathroom has a roll in shower with grab bars. There are a few steps to get into the house, there is not a ramp for a wheelchair. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor with a full bath and a half bath.
