It's been beautifully maintained over the years and is ready to create lasting beach memories for you and your friends and family. It has vaulted ceilings and an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The upstairs loft master bedroom has oceanviews with a luxurious tub. Be sure to enjoy the fenced backyard oasis with firepit.

The home is walking distance to the beach - Pacific Beach State Park is one of the favorites, where you'll find a long, wide, sandy beach. The city of Pacific Beach is only a few minutes south where you can find shops, groceries, and restaurants.

The loft bedroom is not a fully enclosed room, but it offers privacy with a half wall and the option to use the screen.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
