Our condo is a beautifully decorated one bedroom condominium. It is privately owned and not a part of the resort rental pool. We had your comfort in mind when we created this beautiful retreat. Our furniture is so comfortable and our king bed is amazing.brbrOur kitchen is totally equipped. We do supply filters and starter packs of coffee for the 12 cup Ninja coffee maker. brbrWe just remodeled our bathroom and it now has a new walk-in tile shower with ADA safety bars and ADA height toilet. It is beautiful. brbrWe offer extended cable and fast internet with Netflix and Amazon Prime Apps. We have a 65 “ Smart TV in the living room and a 55” Smart TV in the bedroom. Both TVs have Roku. We always have you in mind as we make our improvements. brbrOur deck faces the golf course and has plenty of comfortable seating for an afternoon of reading quietly or conversation and cocktails.brbrOur Kingsmill condo is just a few minutes away from Busch Gardens and the Water Park. Our complex has it’s own pool which is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
