Stunning 1 Bedroom condo on River Golf Course Ninth Hole.

The condo was very clean, cozy and nicely renovated.The view of the golf course from the deck is lovely, and watching the sunset over the river in the distance was breathtaking. Susan, our host, was friendly, welcoming and responsive. I look forward to staying here again.

Very quiet, clean, close to shopping and restaurants. Excellent communication from the ownerWould definitely stay again if back in the area…..also 10 minute walk to the James River:)

This condo is located inside a resort area with security at the entrance. KingsMill is lovely and the community is especially well-kept and very walkable.We found the condo to be immaculate and fully equipped with everything we could want. The bed was oh so comfortable, as was the furniture in the living room. The bathroom looked to be brand new and the towels were so fluffy! We made a few meals and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. The most beautiful sunsets are right before your eyes when sitting outside the sliding glass doors.The listing was very accurate, although nothing can take the place of the sunset in person. Susan is easy to communicate with and very nice!Can't wait to return! Thank you, Susan, for hosting us!

This property backs up to 9th hole of the River Course. Clean, quiet development. Exactly as advertised. Susan is a great communicator. Hope to stay here again. Be advised, however, that renting this property does not give you access to the resort restaurants and services.

The property and location were perfect for our spring break getaway to Williamsburg. It was a little cold to play golf, but being right on the course was still a plus. Very comfortable bed and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to eat in. Our host, Susan, was super responsive whenever we had questions and very accomodating for an early checkin. We visit Williamsburg 2-3 times every spring and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed. We will definitely visit this property again.

This condo was so perfect that several times we thought: if we were to buy a condo in Kingsmill, this is what we'd want! The immaculately clean and beautifully furnished property was perfect for us grandparents, as we gathered in many locales with the family for Christmas!!! Working with the owner was an exercise in joy, as her caring texts made us truly feel at home! Extraordinary property and furnishings, impressive location, and an owner who obviously is interested in her guests' comfort, well, what else does one need!?

Spent 4 nights in the condo while in town for a meeting. Great spot! Owner was very easy to contact. We enjoyed the easy parking, convenience of the location, clean & cozy space and a great bathroom!

This place was fantastic in every way. Susan is one of the best property hosts I’ve ever encountered. The unit itself is immaculate and way bigger than we thought. Pictures don’t do the place justice. It’s close to everything you want to go on the resort as far as restaurants, golf, walking trails, pool, tennis, etc. Short walks to all of it. It’s great in every way. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

We spent two weeks at the Kingsmill Resort celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary. We stayed at Susan Murray’s condo that overlooks the 9th fairway on River Course. Susan is an absolute sweetheart and so is her condo. It is immaculately clean and quiet. Susan provided everything that you can think of and we would definitely book her condo again. This property is absolutely beautiful and meticulously clean. Susan is the most wonderful host. She has clearly put a lot of thought into making sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need to enjoy their stay. Our family now plans to book this property for every trip we take to Kingsmill!
