Due to the flood plain in the area, all houses along this side of the river are built back from the river's edge. There is a large yard in between the house and the river and you cannot see the water from where the house is. We leave the canoes down by the river's edge so that you don't have to carry them back and forth. brbr brbrSome other things to note about Bear Bluff: brbr brbr- The base rate includes 4 guests. Each additional guest is $30 per night. Please read the itemized charges carefully! brbr brbr- Please note: The optional firewood charge of $10/night is for firewood. If you don't think you will use the firewood or would like to bring your own, please let us know! We are more than happy to refund that to you. brbr brbr- Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available, ask us! brbr brbr- Dogs are welcome! There is a limit of 2, with a pet fee of $65 per dog. Unfortunately, we can't accept cats. Sorry about that! brbr brbr-There is no trash service in this area. We ask that you please take your trash with you- there is information in the cabin on where to go to take it so that you don't have to take it all the way home with you!
