We have a large 70 Smart TV in the upstairs living area and a 55 Smart TV downstairs. We also have High Speed WiFi for your streaming entertainment. We offer Central Heat/AC for you comfort no matter the time of year. Off street parking is available in our driveway. Our kitchen is fully stocked for those wishing to stay in and prepare your own meals. We have a gas fireplace for those romantic evenings after a full day at the beach.brbrWe are beach front, with a walk of about 50 feet to get across the sandy dunes. This property is #2 of a side by side duplex. Nothing is shared with the next door property except for the beach, front door entryway and large back deck. We also have a full size laundry room with Washer/Dryer. brbrThis home has a large 85 Smart TV downstairs in the living room as well as a 60 Smart TV in the upstairs King Bedroom. We have a waterfront deck that is open and available to enjoy the beautiful water front views. The deck can be shared with the other guests on the property.brbrWe have a large driveway that should be able to park multiple vehicles with more on street parking if needed. brbrThis is a tucked away home with neighbors close by. We do not allow parties. However it is a perfect place for families and for relocations due to work or work groups for extended stays.brbrThis home is the main living area in a building with a couple of smaller units attached to the back of the property. Every unit has its own entrance/exits and nothing is shared other than the yard and the decks. The dock is under repair and is not fully usable at this time.
