Charming Beachside Duplex: 2 Units -3 Bedrooms-each. Ideal for large families

The place was super clean and the house was welcoming. The host was great with communication.

We had a family getaway and enjoyed the beach access. We also went to Boyd and Baldwin steakhouse which was amazing. We explored the Notebooks Botanical garden as well which is a must do. Really an enjoyable weekend

Extremely nice, clean home that was perfect for a visit with our son’s family. Convenience to Navy base made the trip to work and back easy for our son as we only had a few short days with him. Host was very attentive with directions for unit, easy in and out!

This home was absolutely perfect for hosting both sides of our family under one roof! It had everything we needed and more — from beach supplies and a wagon, to cordless chargers in each room and a great selection of board games. One of my favorite touches was the thoughtful amenities like disposable toothbrushes, soap, and shampoo — a lifesaver when you’re rushing out the door with kids!The backyard was a hit for our cookout, and the host even provided cornhole, which made for some fun family competition. The beach was just a short walk away, as were the grocery store and great food spots. We truly enjoyed our stay. The area was quiet, safe, and the locals were friendly. You can tell the host put a lot of thought into making sure guests feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for the whole family. Very short walk to the closest beach. Gorgeous backyard with a firepit and two grills. The string lights in the back are a beautiful touch. Extra special was the various dog toys in the place for our furry family members. In addition to all this, the owners are responsive and accommodating to the hectic life of a larger family celebrating a graduate. 10/10 would recommend.

This was my second time staying at this beautiful home, and once again, it did not disappoint! The host was absolutely wonderful—easy to communicate with and very accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for our stay.The home itself is stunning and located directly across the street from the beach, which was easy access to the water. I celebrated my 63rd birthday here with my family, and the space was perfect for us. It comfortably accommodated a few of my grandchildren and children, and we all had an amazing time together.If you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and well-maintained home in a fantastic location with a great host, host, this is the place! I highly recommend it and will definitely be back again. Thank you for another wonderful stay
