We also have a bonus room in the unique attic space with a King size bed that is accessed with a spiral stairway that was rescued from the Grand Cavalier Hotel. With the attic area and King size bed, we can actually sleep 9. brbrFrom the upper windows we do have a beautiful view of the bay and beach. Although we are not directly on the beach, we are just steps away. There is a home in between us and the beach but there are no streets to cross and the walk to the beach is just a minute or just a few sips of coffee!brbrEven with the modernization of the property, it is a historical home that is now over 115 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage.
