We love well-behaved pets, but we charge an additional cleaning fee just to make sure any future guests with allergies feel welcome, too. brbrThe first floor features a living room, dining room and fully-appointed kitchen with dishes, coffee maker, toaster, and all new appliances, including a convection range (there are convection-compatible pots and pans ready to use). There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. The large bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, hand-made antique dresser and closet. The small bedroom includes a twin-sized daybed and a twin-sized trundle with a floating desk, tall dresser and closet. Washer, dryer and storage is available in an unfinished basement.brbrThe property features off-street parking and a large front yard with a raised-bed herb garden and lockable bike shed. There is a smaller fenced back/side yard with a pet- and pollinator-friendly garden.
