We suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS or USPS stores. br10. We love furry friends but this house is not approved for pets. Unauthorized pets in the property will result in an immediate eviction without refund. br11. No moving/ rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified). br12. Do not temper with or remove any security devices inside or outside the property. Tampering with any of the security devices will result in a fee of $500. br13. Do not burn any candles, incense, or any other open flames. br14. No wearing of make-up on the beds. If any sleeping pillows, sheets, or comforters are not in the same condition as arrival, the guest is going to be charged to replace. br15. No removal of items from the property or damage of items on the property. We reserve the right to charge 1.5x the cost to replace the product that is either removed, damaged, or in any other condition when the visitors arrive. br16. No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, lamps, Roku sticks. br17. No parking anywhere on property other than the driveway. br18. Trash needs to be properly disposed and trash lids need to be always closed.
