We love this quaint space in Old Towne. It was very convenient to shops, cafes, restaurants and local attractions. The home was wonderfully decorated and equipped with what we needed for our holiday stay. No issues with street parking and we loved walking the amazing streets surrounding the home. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and things were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

great historic home in a fantastic location. The host was wonderful to work with. The only addition I would make is TV access to local news and sports. We brought a small digital antenna and were able to watch local stations. Being originally from Alexandria I was able to see the Commander's game and keep up with what was going on in the news. great for local restaurants and shops.

Very nice historic townhouse. We spent a bunch of time sitting in the back garden. Excellent location very close to King St. and all the restaurants/shops there. We were worried that we would have problems parking but always found a spot within a half block of the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely appointed Old Town Alexandria townhouse. Its location was perfect for walking downtown to the waterfront, stores and restaurants and just a short Uber ride into DC. Genevieve was very helpful. We would love to stay here again one day!

Spent the weekend with my sisters. Perfect location- just off the main area so quiet at night but so easy to walk around during the day and evenings. Host is so so so nice and communicative. House has very comfortable beds, lovely back patio and little sitting areas for all of us to have our own space.

I chose this house because it is located around the corner from a beloved apartment that I lived in years ago. Old Town will always feel like home to me and I enjoyed spending a milestone birthday sharing those memories with my family. This lovely little gem is a historic home so it has some quirks like narrow stairs, creaks, and rattles, but that adds to its charm. The location is unbeatable for everything - shopping, restaurants, metro, waterfront, people-watching. It's street parking but it's not an issue because a parking pass is provided as needed. We found a spot right in front and didn't get back into our car until we left. It's nicely maintained, very clean, and super cozy. It was a little tight in terms of sleeping arrangements for 2 adults and 2 teens, but we made do and everyone was very comfortable. The owners were responsive, generous, and kind. We couldn't speak more highly of them, the house, or our stay. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! We hope to enjoy it again in the near future.

We so enjoyed our lil getaway with our mothers! The home is quaint and comfy and close to all things Old Town. You can hop on and off the Old Town Trolley a block away and it will take you directly to the Metro. Tons of shopping, restaurants surround the home within walking distance if desired. Host was very generous with welcome treats and coffee and very accommodating to our special circumstances. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

We loved our stay at this house. It is perfectly located near all of the shops, restaurants, and market square on King Street, but just far enough that you do not have to hear the late night chaos on King Street if you have an early bed time. The hosts were great to work with, very nice, and take pride in their home. The house was immaculate, beds very comfortable, and plenty of room for two couple or a small family to spread out. We loved our stay and will come certainly come back.

This was an outstanding property and great host!!

The house was exactly as described. We had a great time being together with family, as we had traveled long distances. The beds were comfortable and we could adjust the temperature as needed. We used the kitchen mostly for breakfast and found everything we needed, including Keurig pods. It was nice to be in such a central location. Communication was great. We will stay here again.

Our family enjoyed a beautiful weekend in Old Town at this historic, lovely row home. Parking was easy and the location was ideal. We walked everywhere we wanted to go (which included a water taxi excursion, great restaurants and the amazing farmers market all just a few blocks away). The outdoor space was great too! Genevieve was a wonderful hostess!

The location of this property is perfect for exploring Old Town. It is also much larger than a lot of other rentals in the area, which allows everyone space to spread out. As this is a historic home, it has lots of charm and quirks. It also has some fairly steep stairs, so if you have mobility issues, this may not be the best rental for you. Our host was super responsive and a pleasure to speak with. She is able to provide a neighborhood parking pass given your vehicle license plate information, which makes street parking very convenient as you are not limited by the normal 2-3 hour limit. Restaurant recommendations were also much appreciated and accurate. If you like sushi, prioritize trying Momo Sushi - cozy and delicious.

The host was incredible and very accommodating and responsive. Home is a short walk to King Street and all of the good times that it offers. Home is clean and comfortable and rich in history. I highly recommend this home !!!

Wonderful stay

The property was historical and charming. We liked being so close within walking distance around downtown Alexandria. The host was very accommodating and very sweet. We were only sorry we weren't staying a little longer.

The house was lovely and very clean. Beds were comfortable with exceptionally nice linens. In fact, all aspects of the house were tasteful. Genevieve answered questions promptly and thoroughly and even put out some oven pans I had asked about so that they were right there when we arrived. Couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable experience.
