Enter into an enclosed space so you don`t have to worry about messing with the locks in the cold! Once inside, prepare to be blown away by the updates! These home owners really did think of everything. On the entry floor you`ll have your mud room where you can discard all the layers from the day, a half bath (just in case it was a long car ride :-) ) and your open floor plan Kitchen, Dining and Living Room. You have a wonderful wood burning fire place to relax around and deck with a wonderful view of a pond and nature.
Big cooker These owners have tons of fun gadgets; fondue maker and raclette grill, crock pot, hand blender, etc.
On the upper level you have your 1st bedroom with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a lovely ceiling fan and a huge TV for your bedtime viewing pleasure. Large closets allow you to put everything away so you won`t even have to feel like you are traveling. The bathroom has a sink area that`s separate from the toilet and shower/bathtub combo.
If you travel downstairs you will find your other 2 bedrooms, both with Queen beds, and a shared full bathroom. This bathroom also has a tub as well as a shower. As for Bromley! While this is a wonderful winter mountain it is, BY FAR, my favorite summer mountain in the area. I`ve been going to Bromley since I was a child and, even as an adult, I still enjoy it just as much!
With 23 rides and attractions, they have something for everyone; Classic triple track Alpine Slide, the Sun Mountain Flyer, a Treetop Adventure, an Aerial Adventure Park with 65 elements over 5 courses, mini golf, bungee trampolines, and a Giant Swing. They also have free entertainment most weekends along with food and drinks to keep you fed and hydrated!
WINTER SHUTTLE:
There`s a wonderful shuttle that runs on weekends and holidays. It runs a loop, continuously, from 8am - 4:30pm. It typically does pick ups from 8am - 12pm and drop offs from 1pm - 5pm.
PETS:
Sorry, due to owner allergies, there are no pets allowed and we can not make an exception in this property. Please reach out to me if you require a pet friendly rental as 3/4 of our properties are pet friendly and we`re happy to get you sorted.
SERVICE ANIMALS:
Please note that we honor and respect service animals and fully understand the need for them. That being said, we also follow all service animal rules and this includes the service animal not being left unattended at the property. A crate does not count. A service animal needs to be with you, at all times, and never left in the condo unattended. Yes, this includes when you go skiing, to the pool, to dinner, etc.
Violation of this policy will lead to the immediate cancelation of your reservation with no refund.
Keyless entry. You won`t see us unless you need us!
We live 15 minutes away. If you need us, we`re close by. We can also be reached by app, text, or phone!
WILDLIFE:
This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including, but not limited to, deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
WEATHER:
In the winter, there can be rain, snow, ice, and other inclement conditions. Please reach out with any questions.
POWER & INTERNET:
This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
TRANSPORTATION:
SPRING: All or 4 wheel drive recommended for `mud season`.
SUMMER/FALL: Any car/motorcycle should be fine but keep in mind we have constantly changing terrain; dirt roads, paved, gravel, a mix of all 3, etc.
WINTER: All or 4 wheel drive STRONGLY recommended. Some areas receive better plowing than others and there are some hills that, just front wheel drive, cars won`t make it up.
No matter the season, PLEASE, always drive with caution!
TOW TRUCKS: Are not quick to get to you, especially in the winter but there will be info in your welcome book should you need one.
POSSIBLE RIDES:
While we don`t have taxis, Ubers, etc. there ARE some local drivers who might be able to help. If you`re hoping to book some rides you can try `Mountain Drivers`. Sam is the owner. Last I heard, he has 10 drivers. Please let him know Kelton Collective sent you his way.
TRASH:
No LOOSE trash in any outside trash cans. Animals will make a mess & trash collectors will NOT pick up your trash.
Note: There`s a $100 fine for un-bagged trash in the bins.
