The laundry room is conveniently located on the same level, making this floor completely stair-free. We also have a 2nd master suite with king bed located in the loft off of the main level. It has 4 bedrooms and a private den with a queen size bed (all located on the second floor) and 5 1/2 bathrooms which consist of 4 en suites, with one of them having access from hallway for guest staying in the den and loft. 3 of the bedrooms have king size beds, the den has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin over full bunks with twin trundle beds, and an extra twin bed next to the bunks. There is also a loft area at the top of the stairs the has 2 twin size beds.
