Must be 21 or older to rent and a 2 car parking limit , no winter parking on street you will be towed !!!!.br This second floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, washer & dryer. The living room has a gas fireplace, new sleeper sofa, love seat, 2 rockers, 50” tv, cable and wifi that will handle work on line. Bedroom #1 has two sets of twin bunks (4 people), bedroom #2 has 1 set of custom made double bed bunks (4people). I don’t provide linens. You will need to bring 4 sets of twin sheets , 2 sets of full , and 1 set for queen sleeper sofa bed.
