WIFI and Roku TV with streaming capabilities are included so you can catch up with your favorite movies and series on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. A separate south suite is accessed from a small common entry-way to the house.brbrYou will have coded access to the house from the front porch. A small common entry-way opens to two private suites. The back door is locked from both sides and is a non-accessible private space for our use.brbrLIVING AREA:brOpen living area with a sofa and 2 accent chairs for plenty of seating. This space, built in 1905, originaly a spot for the owner to keep the carriage and horse. Converted into an apartment in the 1930’s and fully renovated in 2020.brbrCompletely remodeled with good insulation, a high-end Hitachi heat pump/AC unit. In unit washer and dryer, on-demand instant hot water heater. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It has a gorgeous corner shower and very usable bathroom space.brbrWe have streaming television only so you can log into any streaming apps or use Netflix on the TV. There’s a cool outside patio area with bistro lights and outdoor seating.brbrEasy access to all downtown had to offer. Just a couple blocks to The Depot and The Union concert venue.brbrWalk to Vivant Smart Home Arena for Jazz Games, Concerts, and events. Walking distance to Salt Palace Convention Center.brbrOnly .2 mile walk to the North Temple Bridge Trax Stop. No car needed here. Take the Trax from the airport to the North Temple Stop and only .2 mile walk to your door! The North Temple Bridge hub gives you access to all of Salt Lakes public transportation options.brbrGuest accessbrYou do not share this space with anybody. This is a detached building at the back of the property that used to house horses and carriages. It’s been completely remodeled, fully updated, and is gorgeous. It’s a small space but perfect for two people, a pull out sofa sleeper gives the option to bring in a 3rd guest.brbrYou will be able to come and go as you please, and will be provided with a unique door code for the Yale smart lock.brbrPlease be aware that you are not allowed to pull your vehicle on the shared driveway at all. We do not have any off-street parking in the back of the building. You can park for free on 600 W. or 200 north and do not need a parking permit. Easy free parking all around the building. Check out reviews!brbrThe unit is professionally cleaned between guests by our housekeepers.brbrWe are only two blocks from the north temple bridge trax stop with direct access to Salt Lake City International Airport. Many guests use our space for a same day booking for a basecamp to relax and explore the city during a long layover or late departure. Message us for same day bookings! We can usually get you into the space immediately!brbrOther things to notebrIf you are bringing a pet you authorize us to charge you $99 per stay and it must be a “non-impact pet”, which means you will be pet hair aware and clean up after your pet. Please read the house rules for more info on pets. We allow one dog, but can an exception for a second the 2nd dog would also have a daily charge. If you are considering a stay longer than a couple of days with a pet we are flexible on the pet fees.
