As a result, the home is ideal for large groups looking for an unforgettable getaway. Everyone gets their own private king suite and bathroom, but then a large gathering area is available in the kitchen and family room with 85 TV. This large inside gathering area transitions nicely into the secluded outdoor courtyard/pool by way of a 3-panel sliding glass door. If you need even more room, the breezeway from the courtyard leads to the large resort pool/clubhouse located across the back alley. You can lock the 6' gate in the breezeway to ensure privacy and seclusion for our courtyard/pool area. During the summer, professional grade misters are in the courtyard to help keep you cool. If you want the pool heated from November through March, you can pay a heating fee of $100 (for your entire stay). brbrOne king suite is on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find the 4 king suites, large bunk room, and another large family room with 85” 4K TV. Two of the upstairs king suites share a balcony. A second balcony off the upstairs family room overlooks the courtyard/pool. USB-C and USB-A ports on each nightstand for charging phones.
