Located directly below the new Lightning Ridge Lift, ski down to the house kick off your skis and jump in the hot tub. Our home has easy access from the main road, no carrying your luggage through walkways or in a snow mobile. Walk or take the shuttle down to Sundown, Timberline or Hidden Lake lifts. Either way there are no lockers, no buses, and no parking spots to fight for. Enjoy the groomed trails, which are not overcrowded or the fresh powder of the back country. Powder Mountain was voted #1 in snow by Ski Magazine's readers in 2005. If you want to hit more than one resort while in Utah, Snow Basin is 30 min. away, renowned for its verticals and home of the 2002 men’s Olympic downhill. br brWe’ve built a dream log home, hand crafted inside and out of huge lodge pole pine logs. Inside we have made comfort and beauty our prerogative. After a great day of skiing, curl up with a book in front of the fire and enjoy the panoramic mountain view of the sunset, sky and ski slopes through the vast windows from the great room and master loft suite. Relax in the hot tub under the stars and sometimes catch the moon rise. At night, enjoy the view of the resort’s night skiing, a favorite with locals and visitors alike. The basement has a mudroom equipped with a washer and drier and a boot drier to make sure everything is ready for the next days run. There is a two car garage for parking and stowing your gear. br brIf you love to cook the kitchen is well equipped with quality cookware, fine appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. This is a 1100 square foot condo on two floors located at Wolf Lodge on the road to Pow Mow. There is a front entrance to a living room and kitchen and bathroom and bedroom. Down the steps to a walk out basement that opens to a lawn patio. There is another living room, bedroom and bunk room and utility room with washer dryer. So the breakdown is : brBedroom and bathroom and living room and kitchen upstairs and a bedroom bathroom, bunk room and laundry room downstairs. Officially there are two bedrooms but with the bunk room there are really three separate sleeping areas. It’s a comfortable size. I stay here with my family, usually 5 people and it really works. This place actually lives large! brWe are in the building 13 which is along the road to Powder . From the upstairs deck , there’s a great view toward the Southeast of the Pineview Reservoir and of Snowbasin. Sunrise and sunset are great from this view. Downstairs is a yard outside the patio. brThere is a living area downstairs with a sleep sofa and tv, brSleeps 6 in beds. 2 more if needed brThe kitchen has been remodeled with granite counter tops. New appliances. Plenty of cookware and a new blender and toaster and coffee maker. brChairs in all decks and the living area has lots of seating for hanging out watching tv or eating at the dining room table. it lives large for a relatively small condo.
