It is within driving distance of the Dinosaur Quarry and Red Fleet and Steinaker state reserviors. There are also 2 rafting companies within a 1 mile radius for rafting trips on the Green River. We do our best to follow current COVID cleaning guidelines for the home and the business. There is ample street parking for vehicles towing trailers (such as UTVs) and additional parking under a carport. The home also has one bedroom set up for families with small children to stay along with two other regular bedrooms and a fenced backyard and play area.

Plenty of parking. You will love the spaciousness of the house and the variety of rooms available. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, and 3 bedrooms downstairs. One of the bedrooms is in the theatre room and kids love watching movies from the top bunk beds. Families have enjoyed the ping pong table and piano downstairs too.
