Stayed Jul 4, 2024Pros: Location is fabulous. Anywhere you want to be, just minutes away. Cute, quiet, great vegetable garden which landlord shared produce with us. Great Wi-Fi was an extra bonus. Cons: Carpet needs cleaning. Cutlery needs an upgrade. As a basement apartment it has low ceilings. Low bed and toilet. Overall, we enjoyed it and would rent again based on the price.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024The apartment is a good value for the price. Owner good communicator. Nothing fancy and very small bathroom but the bed was comfortable and plenty of room. It was very close to places we needed to go.
