Please note that the backyard and front yard have recycled concrete gravel for xeroscape and that there is no grass at the property. The house is NOT fully fenced but it is close because the driveway area is open for your car to drive in. There is also no gate on the front yard fenced area. The park has tons of grass if needed for your pet! There is a king bed, 3 fulls, and one twin. The main level has the king bedroom, bathroom, and full bedroom. The loft has a twin and a full. While it does have shorter ceiling in the loft, it is a very cozy spot. The house has Central AC but the loft is a bit slower to cool down so there is an additional portable AC unit in the loft for you to use.brbrYou have your own washer and dryer in the house. There is also a ski rack in the laundry room. brbrThere is lightning fast Fiber Wifi, perfect for working remotely. brbrThe park down the street has pickleball courts and is perfect for your pets to run around at. brbrThis house location is very close to Central Park Community Center and is perfect for extra parking for your events. You are welcome to hold events on the property with pre approval and additional fees. It is a great birthday spot!brbrYou will have access to the entire single-family house. You do not share the house with anybody.brbrThere is a long driveway on the side of the house and plenty of parking in the back of the house as well. Please note that the street is a bit slim so large trailers will have to be parked in front of the house as the turning radius is too tight to get into the driveway. I’d clarify first with the host depending on the size of your trailer/RV.brbrI am a close by and active host, but always give my guests space. I am usually reachable during regular hours and am quick to reply most the time. This park has pickleball, baseball, basketball, a playground for kids, and even soccer fields. It has plenty of room for your pup to run around at! The neighborhood and park have great mountain views. There are great places to eat and drink close by in all directions. brbrNibley Park Golf course is 3 blocks east and has great mountain views.brbrThe home has a very long driveway for plenty of off-street parking. There is even spots for you to park in the back of the home which is completely covered in concrete and fenced around!brbrBoth interstate highways that pass through Salt Lake (I-15 and I-80) are minutes away from the home. You are around 35 minutes away from the ski mountains at Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, Solitude, Deer Valley and Park City. brbrThis location is amazing. Tall people may have to duck in the stairway. The room with the 1 twin bed is small but adequate for 1 person and the room with the twin and trundle bed is a tight fit when the trundle bed is in use. While the whole house is equipped with central air the loft area is equipped with additional heating and window air conditioner units. The swimming pool is cleaned between guests and sanitizer is automatically injected for safe levels but weather and nature may cause the pool to accumulate leaves, dirt and bugs. An additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee. Heating the pool to 80 degrees can be arranged for an additional fee Babies and children who are not potty-trained are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
