    This was the perfect VRBO for a nice long weekend. The three stories made the place feel roomy and spaced out. The furnishings were well maintained and had an excellent TV on the top floor. The jacket heaters in the garage were a nice touch. I wish I had some critiques to offer but I cannot think of any reasonable improvements. The place was about a ten minute walk from the Salt Palace convention center so we never drove anywhere.

    Stayed for a few days recently when moving our daughter back from SLC. Nicely appointed and great main level kitchen:living area for hanging out and enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. Conveniently located near downtown and many restaurants.

    We were about to get an early check in, which was wonderful. Very close to everything downtown. Was quiet at night. Big comfortable beds. Was well decorated and a lot of space for people. The downstairs bedroom was perfect to separate the kids and adults. Was a very comfortable stay.

    The condo was awesome! The place was clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen and bath areas! So convenient walk to lots and lots of restaurants and easy access to the train. The beds were extremely comfortable. If we return to Salt Lake we would definitely rent here again!

    This was our 2nd time staying at this property while in town for a work event. It's the perfect spot and my co-workers and I love staying here. We walk across the street for coffee in the morning and love to listen to the live music in the evenings at Fischers! The beds and linens are great and the condo as everything we could need!

    We will definitely return to this property. It was clean, modern, and well stocked with all the essential items. The other posted reviews on this location are accurate as it relates to the many stairs, tight parking and no coffee maker.If those features are not bothersome to a traveler then this is an ideal place to stay in Salt Lake City.

    The house was as advertised and in a quiet townhouse neighborhood. Garage was huge and plenty of surrounding parking. There are a lot of stairs. Everything was clean and nice.

    I rented this condo with 2 of my co-workers because all the hotels were booked up. It ended up being PERFECT! It's so close to down town SLC (it was 1 mile from the hotel our work event was at). The roots coffee shop, Grumpy Dough, and Fisher's bar across the street were all GREAT! The condo had 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, which was so nice that none of us had to share. The host did allow us to check in early which was much appreciated. My only feedback would be that I wish the check-in info would have come a few days earlier...just so I felt prepared and could have asked questions if needed. Also, the downstairs shower needs the drain unclogged. I also wish there was some lotion. It's so dry in Utah, and I just wasn't prepared with lotion, but there's a Target super close by to get anything you need! I would definitely stay here again!

    it was quiet and nice. there were some flickering can lights and the temperature was hot upstairs and cold downstairs. Also when you turned on the gas stove, you could smell it upstairs

    Nice modern condo close to coffee shops, tap rooms and restaurants. Very comfortable bedrooms each with a separate bathroom. Super nice to have an extra powder room. Kitchen is well stocked. Attached parking is great but entering and leaving garage is a little tight for a larger car. Host was very responsive. We had a great stay!

    We had a great stay and would stay there again. Well decorated home w nice attention to details. High-end bedding, towels and kitchen supplies. TV’s in every bedroom. The layout of the 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths was ideal and perfect for 4 or 6 people. There is many places nearby to eat/drink. Best to drive around a bit to get familiar with the area to know which direction to explore. The description and pics of the property were very accurate. Communication with the hosts was great. It was also nice to have a secure garage for our car. Highly recommend.
