Both bedrooms are upstairs and have a king-size bed. One of the bathrooms has a walk-in shower. The other one has a shower/tub combo. brThe ground level has a kitchen, dining area, living area, powder room, and two patios. The back patio has our own hot tub, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. brbrAmenities of Rim Vistas condos include a community pool, hot tub, playground, and tennis/basketball court for your enjoyment. The community pool and hot tub are seasonal/weather-permitting facilities and are closed in the off-season. brbrWe have two assigned parking spots right in front of our Townhome. There also is ample on-street parking for additional trailers and jeeps. First come first serve. brbrOur townhouse is located only 5 miles from downtown Moab, 11 miles from Arches National Park and 36 miles from Canyonlands National Park. Dead Horse Point State Park is only 39 miles west. This prime location places you within minutes of some of the world’s best scenic drives, National Parks, mountain biking, hiking, ATV trails, kayaking, rafting, and rock climbing. brbrWe did put lots of love into decorating this oasis in a desert. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.brbrDisclosures: brThe shared hot tub and pool are open seasonally. The shared hot tub is usually closed in January and February. The shared pool is usually closed mid-October-Easter weekend. The 10-bedroom lodge has 10 suites, 5 with walk out verandas, each with a private bath. An 18-seat theater, rec. room, family room, bike storage, 2 laundry rooms, covered patio with bar, full kitchen with double ranges and large fridges and freezers. The 5-bedroom lodge is the smaller of two brand new lodges on the south end of Moab. Great access to the slick rock trail and just on the edge of town for easy access to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It has 5-bedroom suites, 2 with walk out decks, each with a private bath. Great room, laundry room, covered patio, full kitchen… and much more. This beautiful new property is perfect for groups up to 70 people.brThe Outdoor Pool is heated from May 1st to September 30th each season. The Outdoor Spa is always heated, year-round. During October and April, the pool can be heated, upon advanced request for $125 per day, with a minimum of three days. From November through March, the charge is $199 per day, with the same three-day minimum.brFifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of reservation date will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of reservation.
