**We are located in one of the most exclusive, secluded and prestigious

streets on top of the Olympus Cove. All our Neighbours loves the privacy and

the quiet area.** Therefore: The quiet time by law is 10 pm to 7 am. This is

NOT a place for loud Parties of any kind of Unlawful Activities. The use of

drugs of any kind or vaping, including marijuana, is not permitted anywhere on

the property, indoors or outdoors. Events are NOT allowed. **Unauthorized

gatherings or violation of these rules will result in a minimum fine of

$10,000** , plus any additional charges imposed by local authorities and

termination of your stay. The maximum occupancy is mandatory to be respected

as well as fulfilling the Eagle House rules.

☀ Pets are not allowed.



☀**No events, parties, or large gatherings**



☀ Must be at least 22 years old to book



☀ Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm, and kindly be responsible and

considerate of our neighbors.



☀ $95 fee for driveway and patio snow removal, calculated at the end of your

stay. Shovels are available for self-removal. Snow must be cleared by 11-11:59

am to avoid the fee. If snow persists, the fee applies. The fee also applies

for snow removal every 12 hours during all-day snowfall.

    This was a well-outfitted and located property. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the owner was efficient, helpful, and friendly. It is conveniently located to many outdoor activities as well as shopping, SLC, and the airport. The views of the city are spectacular. The space accommodated our large group well, and the host provided some nice welcome treats. There is some wear and tear, but everything functions pretty well. We would stay here again.

    Clean with thoughtful accents like the towel swans on the beds and TP presentation. Extremely well stocked kitchen!! Only downside is you cannot park on the street. It’s a two car garage with room for two more in the driveway. But we had 3 big trucks and an Escalade and a Bronco and another smaller suv(we had family coming in for a wedding).So we had to shuttle to a friends house and park two cars there. But that was the only downside!! Everything else was perfect!! It was amazing for our stay and everyone had a bed!! Highly recommend!!!

    The house was amazing. It had a beautiful view. The house was very clean and organized. The hosts were easy to get a hold of. There was plenty of living and sleeping space for everyone. I would rent it again.

    We were a group of 14 family members coming from all areas of the country for my son’s graduation from the U. The house was exactly as described. We were all very comfortable and the views are amazing. Roger was pleasant and easy to work with. He was responsive but also respectful of our privacy. Would highly recommend his house.

    Great place to visit with a group of ski buddies. Close to grocery store and ski rental store. Nice kitchen. We had an issue with the hot tub and the management team was extremely responsive and had it fixed immediately. The view of the Salt Lake City and the valley was memorable. I will never forget watching the spring weather events roll in and sunsets from the back deck grilling on the deck as the lights of the city below begin to light up.
