You can also help yourself to some of the tastiest apples you will ever eat July-September right off our trees. You might even see or hear flocks of wild turkeys or mule deer across the river, right off your porch! We are about 2 blocks off highway 89 in Glendale, Utah. brbrThe carport (you can get two cars end to end in the carport/driveway - if you need more parking just let us know) is just below the cantilever of the shipping containers. There is a door right off the carport that leads into the Laundry room/kitchen area. The front entry patio has a small seating area. The pass code lock is on the front door. We have Wifi throughout the house!brbrThe kitchen is stocked as well as any kitchen should be with all new and modern appliances. Equipped with all the things you need to cook a homemade meal or just be able to warm something up. We have black stainless steel appliances include a electric oven, french door refrigerator with ice and filtered water in the door, built in microwave and range hood, dishwasher, large copper farmsink with garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, waffle maker, griddle, slow cooker crockpot, blender, pots, pans, glassware, bakeware, and prepware. The table is set up to set 4. We also have comfortable folding chairs that can be added as well for more seating. Also, there is a nice size patio right off the kitchen - great for breakfast! We've tried to think of everything you might need during your stay at Envase Casa.brbrThe master bedroom is the largest bedroom in the house. Located on the main floor and right off the kitchen. It has an electric fireplace as well as smart TV mounted on the wall. It has Bluetooth speakers installed in the ceiling that are connected to the TV. It adjoins the master bathroom. The master bathroom has a free standing tub with a rain shower above it. brbrLaundry room is on the main floor and has one washer and 2 dryers and a laundry sink.brbrThe 3 renaming bedrooms - they all have full sized beds, dressers/closets. One is located on the main floor. The other 2 are upstairs right off the great room. brbrThe great room has a pool table, foosball table, air hockey table as well as a closet full of board games. We have a 65 smart TV as well as 2 fold out sofas (one is a full size and the other one is a queen). We have a bathroom right off the great room. The upstairs deck is right off the great room through a sliding glass door. It's a great place to view the stars!brbrIt is a short drive to Zion and Bryce Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Sand Caves and dozens of amazing natural sites. brDistances by car....brbr25 minutes south to Zion National Park!brbr50 minutes north to Bryce Canyon National Park!brbr10 minutes to Thunderbird 9 hole Golf Course (restaurants and gas stations) brbr20 minutes to Red Canyon Slot (peek a boo) brbr30 minutes to Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park!brbr30 minutes to Kanab, for restaurants, visitor centers, movies, and shopping!brbr50 minutes to Cedar Breaks National Monument!brbr50 minutes to The Wave! Don't forget to go online before your trip to get your permits. The lottery for permits occurs 5 to 6 months in advance of travel dates.brbr70 minutes to Brian Head Ski Resort where you will find many winter and summer activities!brbr90 minutes to Lake Powell in Page Arizona!brbr130 minutes to the North rim of the Grand Canyon!brbrIn Glendale, off road vehicles are offered for rent. Search online for kanecountyoffroad to make reservations. They will trailer them to you or wherever you desire to explore. A favorite is to have them deliver the vehicles to the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, hop on and your off on your way. You may also trailer with your own vehicle.brbrIn Mt. Carmel Junction (10 minutes away) Razrs and Slingshots are for rent at the Thunderbird restaurant and golf course. There is direct access to the Barracks from this location. Your yurt is one of only six yurts located on our spacious 22-acre property. We placed the yurts on the edge of the cliff to add excitement to your stay and take advantage of the stunning views. On this isolated land, you’ll see stars you never knew were there. Wildlife is abundant.brbrTHE YURT: High vaulted ceilings give a sense of spaciousness, and the many windows allow plenty of natural light. Inside your climate-controlled yurt you’ll find a comfortable king-sized bed and a large sitting area. A small fridge is provided for you to store cold items, and a coffee maker with coffee, sugar and creamer is available, and disposable utensils are provided.brbrTHE HOT TUB: This is a brand new addition as of 2024! We consider this the most relaxing way to view the starry night sky and vast mountain range. Decompress and soak away your worries in your own private hot tub. Please note, for maintenance purposes, the hot tub is closed every Thursday and Sunday between 10 am and 3 pm.brbrTHE DECK: Your private deck takes you to the edge of the cliff. Relax at the cafe table and chairs to enjoy the view and the sunsets. After dark, turn on the fairy lights to create a magical atmosphere.brbrTHE BATHROOM: Each yurt has its own detached private bathroom a short walk away. You’ll find a hot shower, toilet and vanity.brbrFIRE PIT AND PICNIC AREA: For communal enjoyment, explore the fire pit and picnic area, centrally located within the ranch. Gather around the fire pit for a cozy campfire experience, with firewood provided for your convenience. Grill up a delicious meal at the picnic area equipped with two grills and picnic tables. Timed lighting in the trees enhances the ambiance in the evenings, but please note the lights turn off at 11pm.brGuest accessbrLunar Ranch is conveniently located off of Hwy 89. You’ll travel about one mile down a dirt and gravel road to reach the yurts. Signs are posted to help you find your way, and the yurts and bathrooms are numbered so that you can easily find yours.brbr*Other things to notebrSKYLIGHT COVER: DO NOT attempt to remove the cover. It is custom made and very delicate. During most of the year, the skylight is fully covered so that the HAVC can keep the yurt a comfortable temperature.brbrSENSITIVE PLUMBING: The toilet is on a septic tank. DO NOT put anything in it except the provided toilet paper and human waste! Putting anything else in including any feminine products will result in serious damage, and you will be charged. Please use the provided trash can for any other disposal needs.brbrHIGHWAY: Down past the cliffs of the property is rural hwy 89. Most of our guests find the property to be very peaceful. Please be aware that there might be some occasional noise from passing vehicles below.brbrGRAVEL/ DIRT ROAD: The roads between the highway and the ranch are unpaved.
