Our modern 1500 sq. ft. twin townhome was built in 2015 in the center of Moab, just two blocks off Main Street. It's in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops. The twin home next door is owned by our friends and may also be available for rent. Vaulted ceilings make the living space light and bright with windows facing west and south.brbrOur granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils to make great meals. Relax in the open plan living room and catch your favorite series on the 50 flat screen smart TV with accessible HDMI ports.brbrThe two downstairs bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and 32 flat screen TV in each. The downstairs bathroom has a travertine walk-in shower and granite vanity. We provide soap, shampoo, and all linens.brbrOn the second floor, enjoy a super comfortable king-sized bed in the master suite located on the second floor with 32 flat screen TV, hickory hardwood floors and a walk-in closet. The bright master bath has a wonderful travertine shower, soaking tub, and granite vanity.brbrEnjoy a book or catch up on some work in the loft which has a practical workstation and of course dual band wifi throughout the home.brbrPack light and use our standard size washer/dryer with iron, ironing board, detergent and dryer sheets.brbrOff the kitchen and living room is a private back patio. Use our propane BBQ and enjoy dinner outside admiring the beautiful cottonwood trees along the back fence.brbrThe two-car, carport had a large lockable bike/gear storage shed. You'll find chairs nearby to put on your gear and dust off the desert from your adventures. There is a new bike shop just two doors down.brbrThe twin unit next door is owned by our friends and may also be available. A tall wall and gate separate the two rear patios, but the gate can be opened if both renters wish.brbrWe just bought this unit in March of 2018. They are not obstructed by other buildings in the complex. The master suite has a 55” flat screen SMART HDTV. It includes a large spa-like bathroom. You can enjoy the large soaker jetted tub/shower, complete with shower and rain heads. Also, relax, soothe sore muscles & joints and let stress fade away in your very own sauna with our Sauna Room. Who knew you could enjoy the benefits of a spa experience during your stay in Moab. The bunk/queen room has twin over twin custom bunk beds and a custom made Queen bed- 55' smart HDTV, built in book case with some movies and a fireplace. The outdoor patio area is one of the largest in the complex. It includes a large outdoor kitchen complete with natural gas grill to use for that favorite grilled meal, a burner, small fridge and sink. There are 2 outdoor tables that seat 8 for your outdoor dining or just relaxing, visiting and enjoying the views. Lounge chairs are also provided end for relaxation and taking in the sun. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to prepare meal and plenty of seating for larger groups. The outdoor patio off the kitchen has a propane BBQ grill with grilling tools provided. brbrThe unit is located in a prime location adjacent to the complex pool and hot tub area. Currently, the complex hot tub is open daily from 10AM-10PM. The pool will open back up in early Spring (weather dependent) and features outdoor lounge chairs and convenient changing rooms. A handicapped accessible pool lift, stairs, and rail leading to the water offer fun for all swimmers.
