Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-level townhome has great views of both the Moab Rim and Gold Bar Rim and is only a couple minute walk to the central downtown area.

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside. The living area has an open floorplan and plenty of seating for everyone in your group! Cozy up by the fireplace and stream your favorite shows on the large smart TV. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening on the fully fenced back yard. Enjoy the towering trees and watch the birds in the open space behind the home. The wood firepit on the patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities or toast some smores! There is a walking path at the end of the sidewalk that follows Millcreek and is a lovely place to walk the dogs or enjoy a shady stroll. The bmx track is also at the end of the street. Test your skills on the hills!

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a large attached bathroom. The patio doors off the bedroom open up to the back patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twins. There are two rollaway beds available for extra (light) guests.

A protected courtyard with a grill plus multiple other outdoor seating areas and a private fenced back yard makes this home perfect for family and friend gatherings! Plenty of games and guide books are also provided and there's a ping pong table located in the garage.

Enjoy a refreshing soak in the indoor community pool just steps from the house. This is one of the only year round pools in Moab!

    I like the lay out, very comfortable. I didn’t like that we had limited amount of toilet paper. Ended up on the last day sharing one roll of toilet between 2 bathrooms. Also was surprised that the laundry room had red clay earth in the bottom of the sink

    Stayed for three nights to show beautiful Moab to our family members visiting from PA. It was perfect cute house for four of us! Private fire area in the backyard was really nice to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Driveway was big enough to park our truck and a RZR. We didn’t use the pool this time, but we’d love to try it next time. The house is a duplex. We could hear TV from next door until around 2 am and had to move from a master bedroom to a different bedroom. Other than that, we had a great stay. From booking the place to arriving, staying, checking out, all the steps were simple to follow. The text message I received from the host before arriving was very kind. Thank you!

    Extremely happy. House was located near many restaurants, and away from the busy Main Street area. Two car garage and plenty of room on the driveway to park. The kitchen was well equipped and a good choice of spices and seasonings. A for our host. Extremely good at communicating with us to make sure all was satisfactory and no issues.

    Great location with plenty of room for everyone. The fenced yard was great for the kids and the pups. Nice layout conducive for family gatherings. Will definitely pick this house for our next trip to Moab.

    We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was organized and roomy. All necessary pots and pans were provided and in good condition. It was nice to have two dining areas. A small detail that I appreciated were having the switches labeled! The main bedroom en suite shower was large and roomy. There was a nice open closet area with 2 luggage racks. Both bathrooms had extra hooks to hang towels and clothes. It was too hot for us to hang out outside but it was a nice area. It was close to downtown and easy access to the main roads. The management company provided generously bathroom toiletries plus all the necessary paper products for the bathroom and kitchen. The place was clean and comfortable.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fantastic rental. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Lots of space to spread out. Loved having a garage to park car and bikes in. Perfect location for riding from. Nice to have washer and dryer. Fully fenced so we could just easily open either door to let dogs out. Will definitely stay here again.

    I think this property is excellently located for experiencing downtown Moab and Arches. All of the stores and restaurants are very close and Arches is a short drive. It was nice to have our own bedrooms and a kitchen and washing machine so I was glad we stayed in a house instead of a hotel. I was worried about dog hair since it’s pet friendly, but I saw very little and think the cleaners do a good job. The fire pit was fun for making s’mores. My husband, niece, and kids enjoyed the pool.My biggest downside to this property was I feel it is overpriced. We spent way more than I would have liked. I definitely think we could’ve gotten more amenities at the same price. I know a lot of that has to do with VRBO’s fees. Other small complaints are the door to the pool was very difficult to get open, no firewood provided (which with how much I paid it would’ve been much appreciated), and we had a problem with ants on the kitchen counters. I thought maybe we brought them in with s’mores stuff but we were still seeing them after cleaning the counters and killing many of them, so I think they may have been coming from elsewhere. However, the host was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns I had, and brought us ant traps and spray too, which I think trumps the issues. Sometimes things just happen!
